CVL Network Code. The parties acknowledge and agree that insofar as matters in Schedules 4 and/or 8 relate to the CVL Network then the CVL Network Code shall apply.
CVL Network Code. Nothing in this Clause 14 restricts the right of the CVL IM to disclose information to which this Clause 14 applies to the extent that it is permitted or required to do so under the CVL Network Code.
