CVEC’s Assignment Rights. With only prior written notice to Developer, CVEC shall have the right to assign, pledge, or transfer all or any part of, or any right or obligation under, this Agreement, to the Host. CVEC shall not otherwise assign, pledge, or transfer all or any part of, or any right or obligation under, this Agreement unless the proposed assignee has equal financial capability as CVEC to perform under this Agreement, and CVEC has provided prior notice to Developer.
