Common use of Cut-Off Time Clause in Contracts

Cut-Off Time. We may establish a cut-off time for submitting transactions each day. Transaction requests that we receive before the cut-off time will generally be initiated on the same day, unless you have scheduled the transaction for a future date. Transaction requests that we receive after the cut-off time or on a day other than a business day will generally be initiated on the next business day.
