Common use of Customs Valuation Clause in Contracts

Customs Valuation. For the purposes of determining the customs value of goodstraded between the Parties, provisions of Part I of theAgreement on Implementation of Article VII of the GeneralAgreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 in Annex 1A to the WTOAgreement (hereinafter referred to in this Agreement as "theAgreement on Customs Valuation") shall apply mutatis mutandis.

Customs Valuation. For the purposes of determining the customs value of goodstraded goods traded between the PartiesCountries, provisions of Part I of theAgreement the Agreement on Implementation of Article VII of the GeneralAgreement General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 in Annex 1A to the WTOAgreement WTO Agreement, as may be amended (hereinafter referred to in this Agreement as "theAgreement “the Agreement on Customs Valuation") ”), shall apply mutatis mutandis.

Customs Valuation. For the purposes purpose of determining the customs value of goodstraded between imported goods from a Party into the Partiesother Party, provisions of Part I of theAgreement the Agreement on Implementation of Article VII of the GeneralAgreement General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 in Annex 1A to the WTOAgreement WTO Agreement (hereinafter referred to in this as “the Agreement as "theAgreement on Customs Valuation") ”), shall apply mutatis mutandis.
