Customs Activities. To enhance ASEAN and ASEAN Secretariat capacity in customs clearance and customs transit, the project will provide: • Training, workshops, seminars • Develop a Train the Trainers programme including the preparation of manuals and training material for trainers • Study tours by AMC authorities to the EU • Human resource development in support of ASEAN activities.
