CUSTOMIZED CODE. If You select the fixed price and warranty option on the applicable Change Order, Epic also provides a warranty with respect to Substantive Program Errors in customized code provided under that Change Order. Such warranty shall have the same provisions as Sections 8(a) and 8(b), except that the warranty period shall be the thirty-day period after delivery of such customized code to You.
