Customisation Terms a. StreamTech and the Client may agree that StreamTech shall design, develop and implement a Customisation as a change request which will have a specification and cost agreed by email in advance of work commencing. b. Payment is due on confirmation of the customisation. c. All Intellectual Property Rights in the Customisations will be the exclusive property of StreamTech. d. The Client acknowledges that StreamTech may make any Customisation(s) available to any of its other subscribers.
