Customer’s Maximum Sample Clauses

The "Customer’s Maximum" clause sets a cap on the total amount the customer is obligated to pay under the contract. This limit applies to all fees, costs, or liabilities that may arise, regardless of the circumstances or claims made during the contract term. Customer’s Maximum. Daily Quantity (“MDQ”) of natural gas transported under this Agreement shall be the MDQ stated in Exhibit A to this Agreement. If service under this Agreement is associated with a firm storage agreement, Customer's Base MDQ and Winter MDQ are stated in Alternative Exhibit A.
