Customer Type Sample Clauses
Customer Type. Customer’s receipt of Services hereunder may be a result of (i) Customer’s purchase of Services and acceptance of this Agreement (a “Standard User”), or (ii) the purchase of Services on Customer’s behalf by a company, organization, or other entity (“Enterprise”) and Customer’s acceptance of this Agreement (an “Enterprise User”). As an Enterprise User, Customer acknowledges that Customer’s access to and receipt of the Services is subject to a separate agreement between Career Club and the Enterprise, and that Career Club will have the right to suspend or modify the Services as a result of the action or inaction of the Enterprise in maintaining such separate agreement.
Customer Type. Customer IS a United States federal government agency or instrumentality and has provided any applicable U.S. government flowdown terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will only be binding on Cintas if attached hereto and agreed to by Cintas prior to execution of this Acceptance Agreement.
Customer Type. (a) If you register with Meld Gold as an individual Customer, you agree that you will use the Platform and the Services for your personal use only.
(b) If you register with Meld Gold as an institutional Customer on behalf of an institution, you:
(i) represent that you are an authorised representative of such institution and that this Agreement is binding on such institution, and
(ii) agree that you will use Platform and the Services for commercial purposes only.
(c) As a Customer, you agree that any use of the Platform and the Services will be for the purposes expressly permitted and contemplated by this Agreement. You may not use the Platform and the Services for any other purposes without Meld Gold’s express prior written consent.
Customer Type. Second-Tier Customer is a Customer that receives Intermodal Ports, or any part thereof, from a Reseller Customer, so that the Second-Tier Customer can itself avoid engaging in TCPA Prohibited Conduct. A Second-Tier Customer is also referred to as a “subaccount” of a Reseller Customer.
