Customer Specification Sample Clauses

The Customer Specification clause defines the specific requirements, standards, or criteria that the customer expects the supplier or service provider to meet. This clause typically outlines technical details, performance benchmarks, or design features that must be adhered to during the delivery of goods or services. By clearly documenting these expectations, the clause helps ensure that both parties have a mutual understanding of deliverables, reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring the final product or service aligns with the customer's needs.
