Common use of Customer Security Clause in Contracts

Customer Security. Customer agrees to use reasonable security precautions in connection with the use of the Services (including encrypting any information that is subject to legal or regulatory security requirements and that is transmitted to or from, or stored by Customer on, the services or storage devices used by Customer) and require its customers and end users to use appropriate security precautions. Company agrees to perform only the specific security services described in the Sales Order. Customer is otherwise responsible for the security of the Equipment. Customer shall be responsible for unauthorized use of the Services by any person, unless such unauthorized use results from Company’s failure to perform its obligations hereunder.
