Common use of Customer Security Clause in Contracts

Customer Security. For systems located on or accessible from Customer’s premises, Customer is solely responsible for implementing adequate firewall, password and other technical, organizational and physical security measures to protect Customer’s systems, hardware, data and applications from unwanted intrusion, whether over the Internet or by other means.
