Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire. Reseller shall arrange for the distribution to customers, and for the return of responses to DR. NOTES, of a customer satisfaction questionnaire that DR. NOTES provides to Reseller, in accordance with the schedule established by DR. NOTES, which shall be no more frequently than quarterly.
