Customer Recommendations Clause Samples
The Customer Recommendations clause outlines the process by which a customer can provide feedback, suggestions, or proposals for improvements to a product or service. Typically, this clause specifies how recommendations should be submitted, who will review them, and whether the company has any obligation to act on or compensate for such suggestions. Its core function is to establish clear expectations regarding the handling of customer input, ensuring both parties understand the rights and responsibilities related to recommendations and helping to prevent disputes over intellectual property or implementation.
