Customer Questionnaires. In the event Customer requests Workday’s assistance to complete Customer’s internal security, privacy or vendor questionnaire regarding the Covered Service, Workday shall have a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days’ notice to review and complete the questionnaire. Assistance provided by Workday as part of this Program Item excludes: • any requirement to provide formal attestations or documentation; • Subprocessor physical and environmental safeguards for data centers; and • Subprocessor operational management of infrastructure platforms.
