Customer Pricing. During the Term, AEP Energy shall provide competitive retail electric service and related services to all Customers at the price set forth on Attachment A. Any non-bypassable charges and fees approved by the PUCO and not included in the Price to Compare (“PTC”) as of the Effective Date will be billed at their full rate.
