Common use of Customer Pricing Clause in Contracts

Customer Pricing. Manager shall have the right to set the prices, discounts, and make decisions regarding income generating activities. Manager shall consult with Owner regarding the pricing structure and Owner shall provide prompt feedback regarding the pricing. Manager shall not charge an amount for the activities that is substantially higher or lower than the market value of such activities in the area of the country where the activities are located, as is reasonably determined by Manager.
