Customer Nonsolicit. During my employment and for a period of eighteen (18) months after my Termination Date, I will not, directly or through assistance to others, solicit a Covered Customer for the benefit of a Competitor, or for the purpose of causing or encouraging the Covered Customer to cease or reduce the extent to which the customer does business with the Company.
