Customer Modification Rights. In FDLA, Section 5.2 is replaced in its entirety with the following new provisions:
Customer Modification Rights. Section 2.7, Modifications, is amended by replacing the first sentence thereof with the following sentence: Except as required to integrate Technology into an IPextreme Customer’s Licensed Design, no license is granted to IPExtreme or to any IPextreme Customer to modify, make derivative woks, adapt, or in any manner change the Technology or functionality of an integrated circuit based on the Licensed Design.
