Customer Marks. Metavante is authorized to use Customer’s service marks and trademarks in connection with private-labeling solely if necessary to perform the Services provided under this Agreementand solely for the purpose of providing the Services to Customer. Any use of Customer’s marks by Metavante shall be subject to Customer’s prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld by Customer.
