Common use of Customer IP Clause in Contracts

Customer IP. (a) No rights of ownership to the Customer IP are transferred under this Agreement. (b) Where the nature of the specific Products provided to Customer under this Agreement requires, Customer grants to Business Fitness a non- exclusive, non-transferable licence to use its Intellectual Property Rights in the Customer IP during the Term, but only for the purpose of Business Fitness providing the Products to the Customer for use for its internal business purposes.
