Common use of Customer Information Clause in Contracts

Customer Information. A. As used herein, "Customer Information" means non-public personally identifiable information as defined in the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act and the rules and regulations promulgated there under. B. Notwithstanding Section 10.g.i., entitled "Confidentiality Obligation," the parties understand and agree that customer information is jointly owned by both parties. Each party may use customer information to their own benefit and may disclose it to third parties and/or the affiliates of each party, as permitted by all applicable laws and pursuant to Section 61., entitled "Privacy."
