Common use of Customer Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Customer Guarantee. The gallery sells fine artworks with a lifetime guarantee, which must be fully backed up and supported by all suppliers. The wording of our guarantee reads: “Should the item fail at any time during the lifetime of the original owner because of workmanship or materials we will either repair or replace it. The only exception would be for some customer requested modifications or wear and tear resulting from use.” By signing this contract you are accepting these terms as your own for any works sold through our organization.
