Common use of CUSTOMER ELECTRIC GENERATING SYSTEM Clause in Contracts

CUSTOMER ELECTRIC GENERATING SYSTEM. Customer’s system must be located on the Customer’s premises as identified in the Application and must also include all equipment necessary to meet applicable safety, power quality, and interconnection requirements as well as Ephraim City Power’s Net Meeting Standards which may be amended from time to time. The Parties agree that standard rates for installation and service for interconnection of Customer’s System to the City’s Existing System apply to this Agreement. Such rates are defined in the City Electric Service Schedule and may be amended from time to time at the City’s sole discretion.
