Customer Drafts Clause Samples

The 'Customer Drafts' clause assigns responsibility to the customer for preparing and providing initial drafts of certain documents or materials required under the agreement. In practice, this means the customer must supply the first version of items such as specifications, reports, or other deliverables, which the service provider may then review, edit, or finalize. This clause ensures that the party with the most relevant information or requirements initiates the drafting process, promoting efficiency and reducing misunderstandings about expectations or content.
