Common use of Customer Data Security Clause in Contracts

Customer Data Security. Except as provided otherwise herein, CB Insights agrees and acknowledges that it shall consider Customer Data to be Customer’s Confidential Information. Customer agrees and acknowledges that CB Insights may use Customer Data only for the purposes providing, maintaining, and improving the Services to and for the Customer.
