Customer Data Post-Termination. Upon request within ninety (90) days of expiration of the final license term, NEOGOV shall provide Customer with a dedicated data file from the system(s), or provide a proprietary and confidential delete of data. The dedicated data files will be comprised of Customer’s standard data contained in NEOGOV’s Insight system. The structure of the relational database will be specific to the Customer’s data and will not be representative of the proprietary NEOGOV database. For data residing on NEOGOV systems for more than ninety (90) days after the date of expiration and termination of this Agreement, NEOGOV retains the right to purge such data from NEOGOV systems without additional consent from the Customer.
