Customer Data and Privacy. Customer Data shall be deemed Customer’s Confidential Information. Customer shall obtain natural person and legal entity consents necessary for the transfer of Customer Data to Orixcom and Orixcom’s Affiliates and/or Provisioning Entities for the purpose of provisioning the Service.
