The Customer Connection clause defines the responsibilities and requirements for establishing and maintaining the necessary connections between the customer’s systems and the service provider’s infrastructure. Typically, this clause outlines the technical standards, security protocols, and any equipment or software the customer must provide or configure to enable seamless integration. By clearly specifying these obligations, the clause ensures that both parties understand their roles in facilitating connectivity, thereby minimizing disruptions and misunderstandings related to system access or data exchange.
Customer Connection unless otherwise agreed to by the County, the Customer shall be responsible for the construction and installation of the Service Connection from the property boundary to the proposed location of the meter, including the installation of the meter. The Customer installation must provide for a meter and isolation valve to be located in a frost free environment with the remote in an accessible location. The Customer shall supply storage equivalent to a two day supply of water and an air gap into their cistern, if applicable. Curb stop installation must be adequately blocked and all installations must be approved by the County. The maintenance and repair of the Service Connection shall at all times remain the responsibility of the Customer, which shall remain the property of the Customer (exclusive of the meter). For transmission line connections, the County may require the inspection and/or testing of the Service Connection from time to time to ensure that the condition and quality remains satisfactory to the County.
Customer Connection a. The PeopleSoft Customer Connection system is an on-line, self-service system which features postings by PeopleSoft and PeopleSoft Software users regarding technical and non-technical topics of interest.
Customer Connection. During the Term, the Customer is responsible for obtaining and maintaining connection to the Avolve SAAS Solution, including the Internet connection. Avolve shall not be responsible for any inadequacy or lack of functionality of Customer’s connection to the Avolve SAAS Solution or the inability of the Customer’s computer, telecommunications provider, or other equipment and capabilities to access or use the Avolve SAAS Solution.
Customer Connection. There is no contract to which the Company is a party which depends on the continuation of the connection (whether as an officer of the Company or otherwise) of any person with the Company.
