Customer Communications. In addition to Detailing, Vendor shall assist Company with respect to customer communications (as reasonably requested by Company and at Company's cost and expense) within the Territory and shall regularly advise Company of market, economic, regulatory and other developments of which Vendor may become aware which may affect the sale of the Products in the Territory.
