Common use of Customer and Other Business Relationships Clause in Contracts

Customer and Other Business Relationships. For a period of ninety (90) days after the Closing, each Seller will cooperate with Buyer on a commercially reasonable basis at Buyer’s sole cost in its efforts to continue and maintain for the benefit of Buyer those business relationships of such Seller existing prior to the Closing and relating to the Business after the Closing, including relationships with lessors, employees, regulatory authorities, licensors, customers, suppliers and others.

Customer and Other Business Relationships. For a period of ninety (90) days after the Closing, each Seller will cooperate with Buyer on a commercially reasonable basis at Buyer’s sole cost in its efforts to continue and maintain for the benefit of Buyer those business relationships of such Seller or of any Purchased Subsidiary existing prior to the Closing and relating to the Business after the Closing, including relationships with lessors, employees, regulatory authorities, licensors, customers, suppliers and others.

Customer and Other Business Relationships. For a period of ninety (90) days after the Closing, each Seller will cooperate with Buyer on a commercially reasonable basis will, at Buyer’s sole cost expense, cooperate in all reasonable respects with Buyer in its efforts to continue and maintain for the benefit of Buyer those business relationships of such Seller existing prior to the Closing and relating to the Business after the ClosingSpa Business, including relationships with lessors, employees, regulatory authorities, licensors, customers, suppliers and others. Seller will refer to Buyer all inquiries relating to the Company.
