Common use of Customary Servicing Practices Clause in Contracts

Customary Servicing Practices. So long as no Note Insurer Default has occurred and is continuing, the Servicer shall not change its Customary Servicing Practices without the consent of the Note Insurer if the Servicer determines that such a change will have a material adverse effect on the interests of the Note Insurer.
