Customary Services. The Transfer Agent shall perform all the customary services of a transfer agent, agent of dividend reinvestment plan, cash purchase plan and other investment programs as described in Section 3.1 consistent with those requirements in effect as of the date of this Agreement. EQI shall perform all the customary services of a dividend disbursing agent and a processor of payments as described in Section 3.2 consistently with those requirements in effect as of the date of this Agreement. The detailed services and definition, frequency, limitations and associated costs (if any) of the Services to be performed by the Transfer Agent are set out in the attached Fee and Service Schedule.
