Common use of Customary Release of Claims Clause in Contracts

Customary Release of Claims. All payments under this Section 4 shall be conditioned upon Employee’s, or Employee’s estate or other beneficiary(ies), as applicable, execution and delivery within 21 days following Xxxx’x delivery to Employee for signature of a release (in form and substance satisfactory to Xxxx) of any claims he may have against Xxxx or LLC. The Employers shall deliver to Employee, or Employee’s estate, the release of claims agreement within five business days of the date of termination of employment.
