Custom Enhancement Requests. 6.1 REQUESTS. Customer may submit a written Custom Enhancement Request for enhancements to the Host Reservation Services to better support Customer's business requirements. Each Custom Enhancement Request must include (a) a description of the requested change; (b) the purpose for the change; (c) the priority; (d) date of requested implementation; and (e) signature of authorized requester.
