Custom Development & New Features Sample Clauses

The "Custom Development & New Features" clause defines the terms under which new functionalities or bespoke software solutions are created for a client. It typically outlines the process for requesting, approving, and delivering custom features, including timelines, costs, and ownership of resulting intellectual property. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of how additional development requests are managed, helping to prevent misunderstandings and scope creep during a project.
