The Custom Design Services clause defines the terms under which a party provides specialized design work tailored to the client's unique requirements. It typically outlines the scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and any specific client input or approvals needed throughout the design process. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of expectations and responsibilities, reducing the risk of misunderstandings and disputes over the final product.
Custom Design Services. Following the execution of this Contract by both parties, if Buyer requests specific custom design services for the LV Series Kit Home, Buyer and Seller shall enter into a Contract for Custom Design Services, attached as Exhibit C. Buyer shall pay Seller any and all additional fees for any such custom design services, in addition to all fees due under Section 2. Once custom design and engineering services are completed, Seller may have to modify the materials, supplies, plans, and instructions as set forth in Exhibit A.
Custom Design Services. As part of the Custom product group, your design may be dictated by a Statement of Work. This level of service is an offering whereby a Customer can request that Network Solutions design and create a Website for them using sophisticated graphics, advanced layouts and other features. This level of Custom design is not based from and ImageCafe® template. The Customer will receive a custom Website designed and developed by Network Solutions. Although Network Solutions will custom design your Website, your Website may contain some features and design elements used in other Websites designed by Network Solutions. If your design falls into this group, in addition to the terms and conditions set forth in this Services Agreement and this Schedule, the Customer shall be bound by the terms of the Statement of Work which shall be prepared by Network Solutions and mutually agreed to by Customer and Network Solutions. The Statement of Work may contain, but may not be limited to, a list or description of the services our Designers will provide you as part of the Custom Design Services, a list of technical, graphic or other special features that will be incorporated into your Website, the schedule for delivery of the Final Product, applicable fees and payment schedule, and a description of any applicable cancellation fee or policy. This Statement of Work shall become a part of this Services Agreement and shall be subject to all terms and conditions of the Services Agreement.
Custom Design Services. ViaLight shall perform the Custom Design Services as outlined in a Statement of Work and the associated ABWN Requirements Document. This shall include completion and acceptance (as defined in Article 3) of each of the following Deliverables: Product Specifications, Test Plan, necessary prototypes, Final Deliverable and the associated Product Information Document. If the terms of a Product Information Document and this Agreement shall conflict in any way, the terms of such Product Information Document shall prevail.
