Common use of Custody of Mortgage Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Custody of Mortgage Loan Documents. The originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than Note A-2) will be held by the Note A-1 Trustee (or by a custodian on its behalf) under the terms of the Note A-1 PSA on behalf of all of the Holders.
