No Loan Party shall enter into any custody agreement or equivalent arrangement with any person to hold securities, cash or other assets of any Loan Party unless the Person acting as custodian shall have delivered a Custodial Agreement and, if requested by the Administrative Agent, a control agreement, to the Administrative Agent (in each case in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent).
