CUSTODIAN’S REPORT Clause Samples
The CUSTODIAN’S REPORT clause requires the custodian to provide regular reports detailing the status, holdings, and transactions of assets under their care. Typically, these reports are delivered on a set schedule—such as monthly or quarterly—and include information like account balances, asset movements, and any relevant changes or incidents affecting the assets. This clause ensures transparency and accountability by keeping the parties informed about the management of their assets, thereby reducing the risk of mismanagement or unauthorized activity.
