Custodians and nominees. the Trustee may appoint and pay any Person to act as a custodian or nominee on any terms in relation to such assets of the trust as the Trustee may determine, including for the purpose of depositing with a custodian this Trust Deed or any document relating to the trust created hereunder, and provided that the Trustee shall have exercised due care in the appointment of any such custodian or nominee, the Trustee shall not be under any obligation to supervise the proceedings or acts of any such custodian or nominee or be in any way responsible for any Liability incurred by reason of any misconduct or default on the part of any such custodian or nominee;
