Common use of CUSIP Numbers Clause in Contracts

CUSIP Numbers. The Company in issuing the Notes may use “CUSIP” numbers (if then generally in use), and, if so, the Trustee shall use “CUSIP” numbers in all notices issued to Holders as a convenience to such Holders; provided that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or on such notice and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes. The Company in issuing the Convertible Notes may use “CUSIP” numbers (if then generally in use)numbers, and, and if so, the Trustee such CUSIP numbers shall use “CUSIP” numbers be included in all notices issued to Holders of redemption, repurchase or exchange as a convenience to such Holdersholders of Convertible Notes; provided provided, however, that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness or accuracy of such the CUSIP numbers either as printed in the notice or on the Convertible Notes or on such notice and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Convertible Notes.
