CUSIP Numbers; ISINs. The Company in issuing the Notes may use “CUSIP” numbers and “ISINs” (if then generally in use), and the Trustee shall use CUSIP numbers or ISINs, as the case may be, in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to Holders and no representation shall be made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of redemption or exchange.
