CUSIP, ISIN or Common Code Numbers Clause Samples

The 'CUSIP, ISIN or Common Code Numbers' clause identifies the unique security identifiers assigned to financial instruments referenced in the agreement. These identifiers, such as CUSIP (Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures), ISIN (International Securities Identification Number), or Common Code, are used to precisely specify the securities involved, ensuring there is no ambiguity about which instruments are covered. By including these codes, the clause ensures clarity and accuracy in identifying the relevant securities, thereby reducing the risk of misinterpretation or administrative errors.
