Common use of Current versions Clause in Contracts

Current versions. The Supplier must:‌ (a) continue to offer a current version of the Hardware, or equipment that is directly substitutable for the Hardware and that complies with the Specifications, for: (i) the commercial life of the Hardware specified in the PO; and (ii) at least the current version notice period specified in the PO, after written advice that that version will cease to be offered; and‌ (b) during the period in cl 4.2(a)(ii) offer the Hardware or substitute equipment to Amplitel at a price no less favourable to Amplitel than if the Hardware had not been discontinued.
