Common use of Current sub-processors Clause in Contracts

Current sub-processors. With regard to the companies associated with ATOSS as defined in §§ 15 ff. Stock Corporation Act (AktG) and other sub-processors, all of which are listed in Annex 2 to this Agreement, the consent of the Customer shall be deemed to have been granted upon conclusion of this Agreement. In case of a specification of the selection of sub-processors with regard to the hosting provider in the service agreement, ATOSS will only transmit the client's data to the specified hosting provider.
