Current Prices Sample Clauses
The 'Current Prices' clause defines the pricing terms that will apply to goods or services under the agreement, specifying that the most up-to-date or prevailing prices are to be used. In practice, this means that the prices charged will reflect the supplier's current price list or market rates at the time of order or delivery, rather than fixed prices set at the contract's inception. This clause ensures that pricing remains fair and responsive to market fluctuations, protecting both parties from outdated or inaccurate pricing and reducing the risk of disputes over payment amounts.
