Current Operating Areas. Where logging is in progress but not completed, unless agreed otherwise, Pur- chaser shall, before operations cease annually, remove all temporary log culverts and construct temporary cross drains, drainage ditches, dips, berms, culverts, or other facilities needed to control erosion.
