Current Occupants. Within five (5) business days of execution of the Agreement, Homeowner shall provide ▇▇▇▇ with current contact information for all Tenant(s), if applicable, who currently reside in any of the units. Contact information shall include full name, email, and telephone number. Homeowner will also provide copies of all active leases for all currently leased units. If a Tenant(s) resides in a unit without a lease in place, homeowner will provide all details of such occupancy.
Current Occupants. Tenant takes the Lease with the understanding that certain, or all of the, units of the Demised Premises may be occupied by tenants on the Commencement Date of this Lease. A listing of such occupied units and the terms of such tenancies is attached hereto as Exhibit "C." Tenant expressly takes subject thereto.

  • OCCUPANTS The Premises is to be occupied strictly as a residential dwelling with the following individual(s) in addition to the Tenant: (check one)

  • NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS Tenant agrees that the House shall be occupied by no more than [Total Number of Occupants] persons, including no more than [Maximum Number of Children] under the age of eighteen (18) years, without the prior written consent of Landlord.

  • Maximum Occupancy No more than two (2) guests per one (1) resident (who is present) are permitted in a student room/suite/apartment at any given time unless otherwise approved by the University (Residential Life).

  • Early Occupancy If Tenant occupies the Property prior to the Commencement Date, Tenant's occupancy of the Property shall be subject to all of the provisions of this Lease. Early occupancy of the Property shall not advance the expiration date of this Lease. Tenant shall pay Base Rent and all other charges specified in this Lease for the early occupancy period.
