Current Loan Sample Clauses

Current Loan. Each Borrower has authorized, ratified and approved the Current Loan on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and in that certain Secured Convertible Promissory Note, dated as of the Effective Date, by the Borrowers in favor of the Lender, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Current Loan Note"). Each Borrower is executing and delivering the Current Loan Note to the Lender contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Borrowers and the Lender.
